Day 1: Airport/Dambulla (134Km)

Arrival in Colombo International Airport and meet Lanka Horizon Tours Representative or chauffeur guide and transfers to Dambulla and check in to your hotel. After setting in, relax and enjoy the fine ambiance of the hotel, the surrounding atmosphere and a dip in the hotel pool.
After relax time, visit Sri Lanka’s 1st century B.C. UNESCO heritage site Dambulla Cave Temple and you can observe five magical caves of different sizes, decorated with some of the finest murals and beautifully carved statues, offering an overview of Buddhist art.

Day 2: Dambulla/Sigiriya/Kandy (Km)

Today you can explore world famous UNESCO heritage site Sigiriya rock fortress which 5th century AD archeological wonder of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is where ancient arts, landscaping and engineering marvels could be seen. Also see the world famous "Sigiriya Frescoes" and the "Mirror Wall".
Afterward you are heading to Kandy which was the last kingdom of Sri Lanka. Upon reaching to Kandy you can visit The Temple of Tooth Relic which houses Sri Lanka’s most sacred relic, a tooth of the Lord Buddha. As well as visit the audience hall and then you can do Kandy City Tour. In the evening you can view cultural show at the Kandy lake club. Which displays traditional Kandy dancing.

Day 3: Kandy/Pinnawala/Nuwara Eliya (Km)

Today you will be driven to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage which was established in 1975, commenced with seven orphans. The nearby river played a dominant role in this regard, and you can see elephants in close proximity bathing and feeding activities.

Upon that you are taking spectacular journey to Nuwara Eliya which is upper hill county of Sri Lanka.  Passing magnificent waterfalls, through pine and eucalyptus forests and into immaculately manicured tea plantations, where we visit atea factory and you will also able to taste a cup of “Ceylon Tea” in the factory. Nuwara Eliya, ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of mountains, valleys, waterfalls, and tea plantations.

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya/Yala (Km)

You will be driven to Yala National Park which is among the oldest and best known of Sri Lanka's 15 National Parks. It covers approximately 1,300 square kilometers and is home to a range of ecosystems found nowhere else in Sri Lanka. There are 44 species of recorded mammals in this National Park, which include the Sri Lankan Leopard, Sri Lankan Sloth Bear and Sri Lankan Elephant, 215 species of birds, 46 species of reptiles and 21 species of amphibians.

Over Night-Yala

Day 5: Yala/Galle/Balapitiya (Km)

Today we travel to city of Galle. This is UNESCO heritage site and it was the main port in the 16th century. Galle reached the height of its development in the 18th century, during the Dutch colonial period and the best example of a fortified city built by the Portuguese in South and Southeast Asia, showing the interaction between Portuguese architectural styles and native traditions.

Upon completion your Galle tour and proceed to Ambalangoda. The town of Ambalangoda along the south coast road is the home of devil dancing and mask making .Visit mask museum & factory.
Then you visit SeaTurtle Conservation projects in Kosgoda. Then you check into hotel and relax.

Over Night-Balapitiya

Day 6: Balapitiya/Colombo/Airport (Km)

Today you will leave to Colombo which is main commercial city of Sri Lanka. Colombo’s cosmopolitan side supports ever-more stylish eateries, galleries and museums. Surprises abound in its old quarters where you can find great local food and discover a characterful shop or tiny, convivial-cafe.
As well as you can visit Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), National Museum of Colombo, Gangarama Temple, and Galle Face Green as well as can do shopping at shopping malls.

After completion of Colombo you will transfer to Colombo International Airport with great memories of your very own Sri Lankan Holiday tour.
